Raw coconut cake


coconut base:

  • 4 ripe pears,
  • 400 g dried shredded unsweetened coconut,
  • 150 g agave,

chocolate topping:

  • 50 g coconut oil / cocoa butter,
  • 50 g agave,
  • 25 g raw cocoa,
  • pinch vanilla.


  1. peel the pears and blend them,
  2. mix with coconut ang agave,
  3. dry overnight, if you don’t have a dryer use a heater,
  4. coat the cake with chocolate topping and let it cool in fridge.
