- 4 ripe pears,
- 400 g dried shredded unsweetened coconut,
- 150 g agave,
- 50 g coconut oil / cocoa butter,
- 50 g agave,
- 25 g raw cocoa,
- pinch vanilla.
- peel the pears and blend them,
- mix with coconut ang agave,
- dry overnight, if you don’t have a dryer use a heater,
- coat the cake with chocolate topping and let it cool in fridge.
