Really mayonnaise? Even if I want to lose my weight? Yes! If you make it from healthy oil you have healthy mayo. ;)


  • 1 egg, 
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice,
  • 1 1/4 cup olive oil (not extra virgin),
  • 1/2 tsp dried mustard seeds,
  • 1/2 tsp salt.


  1. take the egg and lemon juice out from the fridge and wait until they have the room temperature,
  2. blend all ingredients tohether (it is better to use hand blender),
  3. let it cool in the fridge.
