My first experience with kidneys, I have never eaten them before. I have to say that they are little bit more difficult to prepare because you have to remove ureters and it doesn’t smell good. Cooking is then quite easy and they taste very good.
- 4 pork kidneys,
- 1-2 onions,
- wash kidneys and cut them into strips, remove all the ureters, then wash again,
- fry chopped oninons on lard,
- add kidneys, spice and a little water and braise under a lid for about 30 minutes.
