Super easy and quick made burgers without additional fat.
- 0,5 kg ground meat (eg. half and half beef and pork),
- 1 egg,
- 2 garlic cloves,
- preheat the oven to 200°C and prepare a baking sheet with baking paper,
- mix meat with egg, crushed garlic and spice,
- make burgers and put them to the sheet,
- nake for 20 minutes.
