baked burgers

Super easy and quick made burgers without additional fat.

Servings: 2.


  • 0,5 kg ground meat (eg. half and half beef and pork),
  • 1 egg,
  • 2 garlic cloves,
  • marjoram,
  • pepper,
  • salt.


  1. preheat the oven to 200°C and prepare a baking sheet with baking paper,
  2. mix meat with egg, crushed garlic and spice,
  3. make burgers and put them to the sheet,
  4. nake for 20 minutes.
