You don’t eat dairy and don’t know where to get some calcium into your body? Definitely the richest source of calcium are poppy seeds. Try this quick and easy breakfast which fill you up for all morning.

Servings: 1.


  • 2 apples, 
  • 3 Tbsp ground poppy seeds,
  • 1,5 Tbsp dried shredded unsweetened coconut,
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon,
  • 2 Tbsp dissolved ghee or coconut oil (according to your taste).


  1. make noodles from aplles using spiralizer, if you don’t have any use a scraper,
  2. mix poppy seeds and coconut together,
  3. sprinkle noodles with cinnamoc, add poppy seeds with coconut and pour ghee or coconut oil.
