Super easy light and healthy spaghetti made from zucchini.
- 4 zucchinis,
- 2 Tbsp olive oil,
- 4 garlic cloves,
- clean zucchinis and make spaghetti using spiralizer (if you don’t have one use a peeler),
- salt well and let it sweat for half hour,
- wash spaghetti and dry them,
- fry on dry pan for 2 minutes, then add olive oil, garlic and salt,
- fry 1 more minute.
