Tapioca porridge

tapioca porridge

Servings: 2-3.

Ingredients:

  • 100 g tapioca pearls,
  • 300 ml water,
  • 500 ml coconut milk,
  • pinch of salt,
  • 2-3 Tbsp sweetener (e.g. marple sirup)
  • raw cocoa,
  • ghee.

Instructions:

  1. soak tapioca pearles in water for few hours or overnight,
  2. mix with milk and pinch of salt,
  3. stir and boil for 15 – 20 minutes until you have dense puree,
  4. add the sweetener and mix well,
  5. before serving sprinkle with cocoa and pour with ghee.
