spaghetti alla carbonara

Easy to make and delicious zucchini spaghetti with eggs and bacon. For me these are easier to make than classic pasta spaghetti alla carbonara and nicer to look. :-)

Servings: 2.

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 zucchinis,
  • 100 g bacon,
  • 2-3 eggs,
  • 2 Tbsp ghee,
  • salt.

Instructions:

  1. clean zucchinis and make spaghetti using spiralizer (if you don’t have one use a peeler),
  2. salt well and let it sweat for half hour,
  3. wash spaghetti and dry them,
  4. fry on dry pan for 2 minutes, then add ghee,
  5. fry 1 more minute, add blended eggs with salt and make for other one or two minutes to make sure that eggs are done and on every spaghetti,
  6. serve with chopped bacon.
