Scotch eggs

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg ground pork meat,
  • 8 hard-boiled eggs, peeled,
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley leaves,
  • 1 Tbsp dried chives,
  • 2 garlic cloves,
  • 2 tsp salt,
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper,
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg,
  • pinch cloves,
  • pinch cinnamon.

Instructions:

  1. preheat your oven to 190°C,
  2. mix all ingredients together, except eggs,
  3. devide into 8 parts, from each make ball and then flat cake,
  4. wrap each egg into one meat flat cake,
  5. bake for 25 minutes,
  6. increase the temperature to 200 ° C and bake for 5-10 minutes, until eggs are fried.
