Really mayonnaise? Even if I want to lose my weight? Yes! If you make it from healthy oil you have healthy mayo. ;)
- 1 egg,
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice,
- 1 1/4 cup olive oil (not extra virgin),
- 1/2 tsp dried mustard seeds,
- 1/2 tsp salt.
- take the egg and lemon juice out from the fridge and wait until they have the room temperature,
- blend all ingredients tohether (it is better to use hand blender),
- let it cool in the fridge.
