Ingredients:

  • 300 – 400 g cherries or other berries (e. g. currants or blackberries),
  • 2 ripe plantains,
  • 100 ml coconut milk,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 1 tsp baking soda,
  • 1/2 tsp salt.

Instructions:

  1. preheat the oven to 170°C,
  2. blend plantains, milk, eggs, baking soda and salt in a blender,
  3. put into baking mold, add berries and bake for about 50 minutes,
  4. let it cool in a fridge.
