This is one of my favourite side dish. I like boiled sweet potatoes almost to everything, I prefere them for example with fish of livers. You can also use boiled sweet potatoe as a base of purree.
- sweet potatoes,
- peel sweet potatoes and chop them,
- put into a pot with water and salt well (it is not necessarily to have all potatoes under the water),
- boil for 10 minutes,
- pour off the water and you’re done.
